Great place for my 5 year old fairly cheap entertainment we are doing birthday number 2 here next month we let him pick and this is what he wanted again I think its $9 or $10 to go during the day and cheaper in the morning and weekdays I don’t exactly know but cheap compared to doing just about anything else I relax and enjoy some videos or catch up on emails and he just runs around all day it’s never long enough for him but he’s passed out in the car as soon as I drag him there good place for the younger ones and if you’re hungry you can walk to Red Robin if someone is there with you to watch the kiddos

My two older kids have had a membership here for a few years. They really enjoy going but it seems like we always run into problems when we get there. It's usually kids who are allowed to roam the entire venue without parental supervision. On one occasion, I saw a child, probably 10 or so, throw my then 3-year-old into a trampoline pit. I asked him politely to not do that again, and he responded by flipping me the bird. He then went and got his mother and cried victim to her, and she came over to me being a complete Karen and said that I had assaulted her son by asking him nicely to not touch my son. It then became a pissing contest between her and me as to who was in the right, and I got some manager who looked like a 20 year old who couldn't care less who basically separated us and treated us like children and she was the principal. Overall the facility is fine. Removing the foam stuff was a huge benefit. It could probably benefit from having a deep clean every now and then, which would probably involve them not being open as much, but would limit sickness being spread around and peace of mind for those germaphobes.

Take your ADHD kids! Buy some socks and try to keep up! Great way to let the kids burn off some summer cabin fever and give the electronics a break. Though they might break a leg having fun but it's more than just a single jump in the back yard. This is an opportunity to interact with other wild kids and race across jumps, throw dodge balls, knock each other off balance beams, climb walls and show off jump tricks.

There used to be value in the membership now. The place is severely under ,maintained now. I jump there with my kids when we go and there are plenty of pads not secure, spots where the metal frames are exposed and soft spots in the trampolines. I worry about my kid landing in the wrong spot now too often. Plus we have been coming for months and recently they said my wife wasn't even on the plan when we have come like 10 time prior.

Kids always have fun and staff is friendly so I am adding an extra star , but this place could use a serious refresh. Their foam pits are warn out and torn up. Things that are torn up are just patched with duck tape instead of replaced. Whole sections like the climbing wall are not operational due to lack of upkeep. This place is always busy. Just seems like the owners are pocketing 100% of profit instead of reinvesting a portion into their business. We are monthly membership holders and it seems like it just gets worse and worse every time we come.

The new management is horrible. Had a Christmas party booked for 100 people, have been going there for years for this same event. Day of event; talked to the one manager who said one thing, another who said another thing, would not honor what they already agreed too, completely lied about what was said, cancelled my event and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again, after 6 years of being a loyal customer and bringing hundreds of kids there each year.

Hour and a half before a private party so they didn’t allow it’s in. Kid was nice about it but I didn’t have time to wait until 6. Only went because my stepson wanted ed to, so I won’t be back.
